Arcade Apartments

Arcade is an affordable housing development financed through tax-exempt bonds and 4% LIHTC equity. The transaction required coordination among the issuer, developer, underwriter, and equity provider, along with careful attention to federal tax requirements and state law considerations. The project reflects the type of structured, multi-layered financing that defines much of our affordable housing work.
