Stacey Hanson

Stacey is a public finance attorney with broad experience advising on California public finance transactions. She serves as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to public agencies, and her practice spans both public infrastructure and affordable housing financings.

Before joining Anzel Galvan, Stacey practiced at a leading public finance firm in San Francisco, where her work included multifamily housing revenue bonds, lease revenue bonds, assessment bonds, and C-PACE financings. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at a prominent technology and life sciences law firm advising public and private companies on general corporate and transactional matters.

Stacey lives in the Bay Area with her family. In her free time, she enjoys interior design, family adventures, and hiking with their dog.
